Our team combines diverse expertise to ensure this project is functional and effective. Sophie, as Design Manager, oversees the school design with a focus on sustainability and practicality. Samuel, our Site Manager, ensures smooth on-site operations with minimal disruption. Charlize, as Compliance Manager, handles all regulatory approvals. Taner provides accurate cost forecasting as Estimator, while Lachlan, our Community Liaison Officer, manages communication with stakeholders. Gabriel, our Project Manager, coordinates all aspects to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Dr. Amer Hijazi, serving as our supervisor in the unit, represented the client's perspective, guiding us to create a truly industry-focused experience while fostering innovation throughout the project. He provided critical insights and set up an environment in the class that encouraged us to think creatively and align our work with real-world industry standards.

Our company was entrusted with the design of a new school for 700 students, which not only required a comprehensive redesign but also the challenge of maintaining full functionality throughout the construction process. Each member of our team played a key role in ensuring the project's success, contributing their expertise to different aspects of the design and implementation. 


The final product achieved a seamless integration of modular construction, allowing for efficient and flexible use of space, while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability-incorporating eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient systems to create a modern, sustainable learning environment. 


This project also allowed us to engage with a real industry scenario in a real-world planning and approval stage, similar to the EFSG process set by the NSW Department of Education, providing invaluable practical experience.
