Project Upsilon

PROJECT

Project upsilon is an innovative seating system designed for older passengers in Sydney International Airport. With a focus on comfort, accessibility, and ergonomic support, this design solution addresses the mobility and rest needs of senior travellers. Akin to a disabled parking spot in an airport, it includes reclining chairs with side modules that accommodate carry-on luggage's, mobility aids, and amenities for personal items and relaxation. They are a space-efficient solution that enhances the user experience while waiting for a flight, with sustainable upholstery and materials that meet international design, it's meant to stand out from other airport seats by being functionally and aesthetically appealing.
